We are seeking an organized Inside Sales / Account Representative to work with a group of high volume accounts that utilize our distribution strengths to meet their production needs.

Würth Snider Bolt& Screw, Inc. is a full line fastener, MRO, and C component distributor that specializes in Inventory Management Programs predominantly in the OEM/Industrial market. Position

We are seeking an organized Inside Sales / Account Representative to work with a group of high volume accounts that utilize our distribution strengths to meet their production needs. This inside sales representative role entails developing long-term relationships with our customers and developing new opportunities within an existing account base. This position will work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be the internal point of contact for the customer
  • Help and communicate with customers through email, phone, and in-person meetings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers to ensure continued business and increase sales within the customer.
  • Create Proposals
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis
  • Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product
  • Responsible for working with the Outside Sales team to integrate new business and in developing existing customer relationships
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Prefer three years’ experience in customer service managing sizable accounts
  • Experience in an industrial distribution environment is a plus
  • Experience with fastener products is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong technical skills to work effectively in systems.
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity

  • Ability to read and write reports and business correspondence and ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from staff members, managers, business partners and customers.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications specifically WORD, Excel, and Outlook. Excel skills utilizing spreadsheets and pivot tables.
