JOB DESCRIPTION

Inside Sales Specialist with a knack for people and a drive to sell. Our team needs multitaskers with a passion for success. We are hiring an experienced sales professional with a history of closing success. The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years sales experience, is comfortable with consistent and advance use of Microsoft Office, computer based order entry, and overall tech literacy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cultivate and grow relationships with existing client base
  • Order entry
  • Travel for customer visits and trade shows
  • Work with customers, purchasing and engineers to explore more avenues of use for our products
  • Manage and stay on top of backorders, and future needs
  • Monthly reporting to management
  • Communicate needs with management, support and purchasing departments
  • Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • High level of self-responsibility
  • Three years sales experience preferred
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency and well organized
  • Computer skills: Advanced Excel, Working knowledge of other Microsoft Suite products including Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred
